I arrive at Playa Flor Chill-Out, my
first impression: I like this place…The staff show me around the chill-out
area, I take a quick glance at the bar’s kitchenette as we go up to the
sun-terrace, it’s looks comfortable, we go down to the pool passing on our way
again by the bar. I can see guests
sun-bathing or having a pleasant nap in the shade. I’m shown around other parts
and all have extraordinary detail… Relax!! I’m introduced to new faces… for a
moment I think I’m on holiday but I just live down the road! Why am I here?
Supposedly for a job interview. Suddenly I feel as if the kitchenette is giving
me the wink! This could be the place….but where is the kitchen with its stoves
and ovens?
Several weeks have passed, that
kitchenette which gave me the wink is now is the largest kitchen I have ever
worked in, or let’s better say that’s the way I see it. I feel as if we’ve
bonded we work as a team. Not all the merit is ours we have to give it’s due to
the management, who has helped us come alone by investing some money, and my
colleagues who have being caring and cooperative. We prepare new dishes on a
daily basis and the guests like them! Our base is home cooking serving the best
“Tapas” from main-land
On coming to Playa Flor Chill-Out we
can serve you a cool beer, a glass of wine, some tapas, take a swim in our
beautiful pool! If you wish to eat and are in a hurry speak to our staff, or
better still directly with the chef. On the other hand if you have time, and
that’s what holidays are about, choose from our varied menu or let us advise
you. Afterwards you can relax in our Chill-out area having a tea and Shisha a
cock-tail or read that book which you never find time for whilst watching a
spectacular sun-set. Playa Flor Chill-out is a place where dreams come true, an
atmosphere for the senses, where enjoyment, fun and tranquility find their
